This place had a great view! It is conveniently located to many diverse food options like Japanese, Korean, Laotian, Chinese. It is very safe and near a beautiful walking park. Our host was amazing! He kept the place super clean and went above and beyond to be helpful. When we first arrived, I ran out of minutes and couldn’t make local calls so he got me extra minutes and sent it directly to my phone. I didn’t have to go anywhere. Anytime I had any questions, he was quick to answer. He really made our stay here pleasant. Thanks David!

I will recommend David Homestay!!! We are travelling with baby so I had to make sure that I’ll find an apartment where everything was clean or ready for baby. It was a very good decision to choose David Homestay. The description was very useful and it looks like the pictures. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had free water and toiletries. In the fridge was fruit for welcoming us. David has brought us toys and bathtube for baby. I had a very good communication with the host. He made sure that everything works and answered my questions very quick. I wish I can meet hosts like him in the future when we‘ll travel again. David is a fantastic host and we had a great time. Wish David all the best and keep it up!

Danh is a superb host. He came to meet me at the lobby for an early check in and took me to the apartment and inspected everything to make sure that everything worked. He was very patient. He even stopped by to check on me during my stay. He even tried continuously to find me other accommodation after that checked out because he placed was booked so I could not extend my stay. Overall, I recommend the place, exceptional service and Dave's willingness to help - nothing was too big or too small, all you have to do is ask! If he can do he will, if not he will politely says so. Dave went out of his out way, helped organising my airport pick-up, buying Sim card etc and making sure that I have got everything I needed. I got to the airport late in the evening, delayed and he waited! The location: Very central, a Korean grocery and an international convenient store are right next door. A Western standard shopping entre is around the corner and within 3 minute walk. Inside the shopping centre, there is a supermarket that you will find almost everything (include fresh milk, butter, a bakery, tropical fruits, hot foods, cosmetic products, baby stuffs etc. If you are not keen for street foods, there's a clean food court that offers different authentic Vietnamese cuisines from different regions of Vietnam, to other cuisines (dumpling, sushi, spaghetti). It runs effectively, using the card system. The supermarket, food court are right next to an ice skating ring. Just about 20 minutes and 70,000 Vietnam Dong, on average, to other places in district 3, 5, 6, 10 and other big shopping centres (Takashimaya/Saigon centre although you can obtain duty free from purchases from Takashimaya but not Saigon centre respite they are in one complex), Vinhcom Mega centre etc. The apartment: Every room in the apartment has a view of the oval/park and Saigon River where you can go for a morning run or a stroll. You will get to see different groups of nearby locals with their 'specific' excercise routine as a bonus 🙂 The host: Dave was an exceptional host, he helped me so much and promptly. I will use Dave's apartments and service again !

Super clean place, with a fantastic view of Saigon River, in a great development full of shops and restaurants. There's a riverside park where you can go for walks or go running (quite a rare gem in Saigon). This is a grade A apartment with luxury bathrooms. Very comfortable. Fully equipped with lots of amenities and basic supplies. David and his team is a fantastic host. Very attentive and responsive.

I had a great time with my daughter here She really the apartment with perfect view from the top of this building And the park is the best place she liked, she could freely run and see the Koi fish in the lake at the park She enjoyed the ice skating at Landmark 81 Summary this trip was really great, every thing was so convenient
